Service Description

Our consultations cost $300 and are put as a credit on your account to go towards the discussed procedure. After your consultation, you will be provided with a customized quote in 1-7 days. 1-3 days after requesting your appointment online, someone from the office will contact you to confirm if your requested date and time is available. They will review the office policies with you and confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notification to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. Our fee charges depend upon the type of appointment you had.
